Principal's Message
Dear Adelaide Families,
As the frosty winds announce the arrival of winter, I wanted to take a moment to share some exciting news and warm wishes with our wonderful Adelaide community.
Winter is a season filled with magic and possibilities, and here at Adelaide, we're gearing up for a season of learning, laughter, and chilly adventures. Our dedicated teachers have prepared engaging lessons that will captivate young minds and spark curiosity, turning each day into an opportunity for discovery.
Thank you for attending your child’s student led conference. Your partnership is crucial as we support high levels of learning. We will be working together as a school community on a food drive this winter. The Pacific Science Center is coming for an engineering focus of learning on December 20th.
Just as snowflakes come together to create a beautiful blanket of snow, our students are like individual gems that, when combined, make our school shine with brilliance. This winter, let's celebrate the uniqueness of each child and foster an environment where they can flourish, just like a winter garden in full bloom.
Additionally, please ensure your child is dressed warmly for the colder weather. As outdoor play is an important part of their day, a cozy coat, hat, and gloves will help them make the most of the winter wonderland around us.
As we embark on this winter journey together, let's keep the lines of communication open. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to your child's teacher or the school office. We value your input and partnership in making this winter season memorable for our students.
Wishing you all a joyful and enriching winter season!
Warm regards,
Heidi Smith
